ERRORS ON OUR SITE:
As we are human, and are constantly changing and adding to our site, you will occasionally find errors on this site. Errors in price will not be honored. We will cancel any such orders and email you with the correct price, and if you accept we will re-instate your order or refund your order before it has been shipped.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY:
Not all products are in stock at all times. Most products will ship within 3-5 business days of your order being placed. If an item is not in stock at the time of your order we will e-mail you with a shipment date. You can then instruct us if you would like the item to be shipped or have us refund your order. If you need a product by a specific date or need expedited shipping such as Second Day Air or Next Day Air be aware selecting such does not mean your order will ship the next business day. Place arrival date needs in the "Notes" field during checkout, or call during normal business hours for verification and status. You will receive an email on the date your order ships with the tracking number, except for overseas and FPO or APO addresses. The additional shipping costs and handling will then be charged to you with your confirmation.

SHIPPING DELIVERIES:
We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen or delivered to the wrong address. If your order shows an "UNCONFIRMED" addresses provided by the buyer/purchaser by PayPal, you associate all risk.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
International customers MUST be "Verified" before we will ship your order and additional shipping cost will apply.

RETURN POLICY:
The Tinder Box and Swiss Army Knives Online want you to be happy and satisfied! We will gladely return any item for a full refund on the product / knife / knives excluding shipping cost within 14 days of purchase. All returned items must be unused, in the original packaging and accompanied with the original receipt. Engraved items are not returnable. Please return unused items by shipping in a sturdy box. Be sure to include your name, address, e-mail or phone number and original receipt. We suggest you send your package using a method that can be traced, either US Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation, or UPS. Send your package to the address below.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:
All of the products on this site, carry a manufacturers' warranty and are assumed to have been inspected for quality and defects before leaving their respective factories. We do not open and inspect every product unless instructed to do so in the notes section during checkout. We will gladly replace or return any defective product during our 14 day return / exchange policy but shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer. Please inspect your shipment immediately after receipt before using the product. Used products may only be returned for exchanged at our discretion. Please return items by shipping in a sturdy box.
